Jesh is a very strong, enthusiastic designer and wonderful team member overall! He brings so much excitement to his work every day, and approaches every customer in a way that meets them where they are. Jesh takes so much pride in his work, and wants others to learn from him and push their skills too. I saw Jesh's confidence grow in our time working together, especially as he saw the impact his work was having on our customers and the business overall.

Beyond just his designs, Jesh also focused on creating other tools to support customers, whether it be quick videos or articles to teach them about something new, Jesh was always open to trying it out and expanding his reach.

His design skills are high-level, he is creative and strategic, and overall will be a wonderful addition to any team! I highly recommend Jesh!

I'll start with the obvious — Jesh is an incredibly talented designer. However, my favorite part of working with him wasn't just in seeing what he created (though he crushed every project), but in how joyfully he approaches his work. Jesh is endlessly creative and brings such a great, positive energy to every call, whether it's an internal sync or a client presentation. He's also generous in his expertise, collaborating with my team to create resources that educate and empower Ceros clients. I'm so excited for the teams that will get to work with him.

I had the opportunity to meet Jesh in the setting of a larger creative team, where he quickly rose up the ranks with his talent, enthusiasm, and kindness. I was fortunate to also get to work with him more closely in a smaller group of designers that possessed a wide skill set of taking a business-minded, customer-focused approach, while always producing top-level design, definitely not something you come across everyday in our field. In a very short amount of time, Jesh was able to set this standard of excellence by learning and leading by example and I am excited to see where he takes his career moving forward. It goes without saying that any company who values client relationships and pushing forward with design excellence would be lucky to have him as part of their team.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jesh and highly recommend him for any opportunity that comes his way. He's a phenomenal designer who has outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He sees an obstacle and pushes himself to overcome it by producing the best solution possible. Jesh and I worked together on many projects taking on different roles within our group. When it came to heading up a project, Jesh took on the leadership role with incredible confidence. Always enthusiastic and willing to do whatever it takes to make the final product its absolute best. He's the kind of leader that anyone would want within their team.

I had the pleasure of being mentored by Jesh and working alongside him on our design team. Jesh is an exceptionally talented designer with a unique and creative approach to his work. He is also a great mentor, always taking the time to share his knowledge and inspire others on the team. His communication skills are excellent, and his drive to succeed is truly remarkable. I can confidently say that Jesh would be a fantastic addition to any team, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to collaborate with him.
